Nancy R. Wasdin

Founding Partner


Nancy founded Wasdin Law in 2007.  Born in Castro Valley, California, Nancy graduated from Pennsylvania State University (B.S. in Marketing, 1998) and Georgia State University College of Law (J.D., 2004) in Atlanta, Georgia.  She was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2004.

Prior to founding the firm, Nancy clerked at several Atlanta area firms, working in the fields of debt collection, compliance, and worker's compensation.  Upon earning her license, she worked as an associate at O'Kelley and Sorohan, a firm focusing on residential real estate.  While with O'Kelley and Sorohan, she not only conducted many real estate closings, but handled corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, and other commercial real estate matters.  She currently practices in estate planning, corporate matters, real estate, debt collection, and contract negotiation, drafting and review.

Nancy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Fiduciary Section), American Bar Association, and the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.  She lives in Johns Creek with her husband and two sons.  You may email her at nancy@wasdinlaw.com


Eric Cochling

Eric is a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia where he has been practicing law for nearly 10 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia where he graduated magna cum laude. He received a Juris Doctorate and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Georgia State University. Eric's areas of practice include real estate law, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate forms, Wills and estate administration and contract litigation.

Eric is a native Georgian and volunteers with the Gwinnett County Juvenile Court representing children through the Truancy Intervention Project. Eric is also a 1999 graduate of the Witherspoon Fellowship in Washington, DC. While in law school, Eric was an intern at GFC and later worked as the legislative aide to State Representative, Bob Irvin, then minority leader in the Georgia House of Representatives.

During his day job, Eric is Vice President of Public Policy at Georgia Family Council, a nonprofit research and educational organization located in Norcross, Georgia.

He and his wife Laura have two children and live in Lawrenceville.
